One-Year Program
Mentoring: Face-to-face meetings with our experienced consultants.

Plenary Session: We select an expert VCLS consultant to provide a focused, two-hour morning session on the topic of the day.
Workshops: Using our consultant’s broad expertise, we plan an afternoon of customized, individual sessions to meet your specific needs.
Networking: We invite participants to our networking events, facilitating knowledge sharing and enriching the overall level of interaction.
Targeted Program
Mentoring: We provide a series of three, two-hour, face-to-face sessions with our experienced consultants to discuss and refine your unique project, developing your target product profile and regulatory roadmap.
Boston Soft Landing
From EU to US: A weeklong immersion experience allowing mentored startups to integrate the Boston innovation ecosystem, better understand FDA requirements, and how to access the US market.
Our development programs
Our development programs are customized based on the individual needs of each startup, taking into account critical factors including the type of product being developed and the stage of the development, to maximize the odds of success. Each program is composed of several mentoring sessions.
Medtech/Digital Health Program
We guide you through the development of your digital health technology, software as a medical device (SaMD), in vitro diagnostics (IVD)/companion diagnostics (CDx), delivery system, or other medical device – from product classification under the new MDR, to your clinical plan and post-market surveillance.
Medtech ProgramBiotech Program
We guide you through the development of your small molecule, biologic, or advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP), finetuning your development plan and go-to-market strategy. For ATMPs, we help you move from bench to bedside, including product characterization, sterility assessment and value demonstration to payers.
